Career Launcher

Career Launcher is a national program that connects employers with young professionals through wage subsidies and paid internships, helping address labour shortages and support more equitable, diverse workplaces. We refreshed the program’s visual identity to better engage both students and employers, striking a balance between professionalism, clarity, and approachability. We researched internal workflows and recommended WizeHive as a backend system to more effectively manage applications, employer data, and payment processes.
