Creating Caring Communities

For Hospice Toronto, a charitable organization providing hospice and palliative care support, we delivered a private, secure website acting as a centralized resource toolkit for their community and partner organizations across Canada. Built on a custom WordPress theme with Gutenberg blocks, the platform lets staff manage information-heavy content without technical expertise, while a two-path registration system ensures controlled, secure access for approved users. We also developed a sub-brand for the Creating Caring Communities program, including custom illustrations and icons, giving the toolkit a distinct visual identity that extends Hospice Toronto's brand.
